Repair Service Terms and Conditions
- Warranty period is a year from the date a customer purchases the item. If the date purchasing the goods cannot be checked, the warranty period will be calculated from the date the item is initially released.

3. Provide us with receipt and product warranty when you order repair service
When you order the service, you also need to provide the receipt and product warranty that you receive when you purchase the product. Please write the date of purchase and the company name on the product warranty immediately.

Free Repair Service/Service at a cost
Free Repair Service
In case that you have normally used the product but the item breaks down, you can order the free repair service within the warranty period.
Service provided at a cost
You can order the repair service at a cost after the warranty period. In the cases mentioned below, however, we will charge a cost for repairs even in the warranty period.
A customer’s remodelling, disassembling, or carelessness (such as flooding and fall) cause a trouble with a product
A customer’s unintentional mistake or intentional actions cause a trouble with a product
A person who is not authorized by the Company or the Company’s customer centers tries to repair and it causes a breakdown
The connected devices (such as a laptop or desktop) cause a breakdown of a product
The product is broken because of accessories or consumables provided by other suppliers or companies
A problem of power supply or other breakdown is caused as a result of natural disasters (fire, sea wind, flood, thunderbolt strikes, and etc.)
Consumables run out
The life of battery, connecting socket, and other accessories is expired
A customer does not follow the instruction issued by the Company and the product’s breakdown
Please read the instructions carefully. If you order the repair service without any troubles or problems, the Company shall charge a cost.
Delivery for the Repair Service
If the trouble or any faults are found in the product within 15 days from the date you purchase it, please visit the shop where you bought the product with the receipt and product warranty. If you miss the receipt or the product was broken during delivery so that replacement is unavailable, you need to order the repair service to the Service Center of Gooo3D.
